The Association of Village Council President Education, Employment, Training & Child Care Department will be submitting our P.L. 102-477 Plan for FY 2021 to FY 2023. Our plan includes the Child Care Development Services. Our 477 plan is available, upon request, by calling 1-800-476-3521, extension 7404, and at AVCP’s main office in Bethel. Persons wishing to comment on the proposed plan are asked to use the toll-free conference number to participate in the public hearing. The public hearing is your chance to make your views known about all aspects of child care provided by your CCDF Lead agency, including:
