Come hear stories shared by two well-known story tellers: Elder Esther Nuqaq’aq Green, and Earl Keggulluk Polk III. Story telling and sharing have been an essential tool in promoting wellbeing by allowing the listener to experience and understand the moral of the story and teachings in which some Yup’ik core values are taught.

Updates on projects and bird hunting regulations proposals to be discussed with governing bodies. Proposals are due in December. The Alaska Migratory Bird CoManagment Council will review and makes recommendations on individual proposals to U.S. Fish and Wildlife. Look out for population updates in the spring.
